I ordered 24 red geraniums and 24 mixed. 24 arrived on a Friday and I managed to salvage 18 the other 6 were broken and dead. On the following Wednesday the other 24 arrived and when opened they were unrecognisable , almost white in colour and so leggy I only salvaged 6 and I doubt they will survive. This order cost me £33.95.

NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE - DONT BUY FROM THEM I can only re-iterate other customers’ exasperating experiences with this company with plants that never arrived but payment taken from bank account. They are a joke and should and not be allowed to operate because their treatment of customers like me is truly abominable. After reading all the bad reviews I realise I am by no means the only person having such a bad experience but that is small comfort. I have been trying to communicate with them since APRIL when I ordered 3 plants on special offer. The first order didn’t go through so I placed another order and £22.96 was taken from my bank account on 13 APRIL However when I checked my online account it showed that the order had been cancelled. I’ve written countless e mails and messages to them on the help site. Every reply was an automated message telling me the same drivel everyone has had (this is our busy period please be patient) apart from one reply on 9 June saying they were
